Magdalena did a good job researching personal knowledge management from a tool/activity/information related perspective. She reflects her conceptual work with a small empirical study based on grounded theory. I well remember many discussions about modelling/conceptualizing the various information flows through the various tool we use in our work processes.

PKM is a strategy for managing your information in our thethis information intense environment of todayís society where information overload is an intrinsic problem.
